He took those leadership principles into the automotive world and spent over a decade leading dealerships, rising from General Sales Manager of one of the top Hyundai stores in the nation to Chief Business Development Officer of a multi-million-dollar CRM software company.
Today, as Founder & CEO of Car Motivators, Sean and his team coach dozens of dealerships, technology companies, Fortune 500 organizations, startups, and hundreds of coaching clients across the country.
Sean is also the author of The Visitor — a deeply personal book written after surviving a near-death battle with COVID pneumonia, now sold in multiple countries and languages, with a portion of proceeds donated to the nonprofit Cards for COVID.
